If you live within the state of Florida the correspondence course is not available to you, the court mandates that you attend a four hour class. If we do not have one available to you, call your local clerk of court for a listing of providers within your area. Click HERE to find out if classes are available within your county.

If you live outside the state of Florida, check to see if a “Parent Education” program is available where you live by calling your local clerk of court in the county where you currently reside. Make sure that it meets the Florida Requirement before attending.

If you live outside the state of Florida and you are unable to find a “Parent Education” program that meets Florida requirements, you may then take Parents, Children and Divorce through independent study.

The cost of the program by independent study is $35.00 plus $5.00 shipping and handling.To purchase your correspondence packet :

After you have completed the Parents, Children and Divorce correspondence program, you will mail back your completed material to us for review (complete directions will be enclosed with the correspondence packet).

We will then mail back to you (2) certificates of completion. One certificate will be for the Clerk of the Court in the county in which the dissolution of marriage was filed.

You may choose to mail the certificate to the court yourself, or have your attorney do it for you. The other certificate is for your records.
